I want to thank all of you at VVERC for the great service you provide to all of us pet owners here in the valley. It is comforting to know that 24 hours a day there is emergency medical service that we can rely on.

My personal experience through Rusty's ingestion of rat poison and how your vets saved his life made me a believer in VVERC. Your services were extremely professional and I felt Rusty was in the best hands possible during this three day experience. I was pleased in the end that my final bill was actually less than the original estimate. When I pointed out an observation I made with your overall process, you were open minded and genuinely concerned about my feelings. The facility is state of the art and I feel blessed to have such a hospital so convenient.

My dog Hank was exposed to a deadly toxin last week.  He was in a coma for three days.  I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Valley Emergency Veterinary Clinic for saving his life.

He is now walking and on his way to a full recovery.  He would not be alive without the expertise, compassion, and “dogged” determination of the veterinarians and vet techs who treated him so well.  We are fortunate to have this veterinary hospital in our community.

On a recent August Sunday afternoon, our dog Maverick's life was saved by your truly wonderful staff.  He had unknowingly ingested numerous objects and upon his arrival he was very critical and near death.  Maverick's high blood pressure was 30, his sugar level had crashed, his pulse was 240 and, additionally he was in shock with tremors.  In just an hour, his conditions had improved and he was stablilized.  After a 3-day stay with continual care and subsequent stomach surgery, Maverick was alive and on the road to recovery...all due to the professional and constant care of your staff.  I've never visited any business more professional, caring and friendly than all of you at VEVC.  Yes, the care is expensive, but I came away with total satisfaction and a living dog and we're both grateful.  Thanks to all of you and for a 24-hour emergency pet facility that is second to none.
